At least 256mb ram.
At least 100mb of free disk space, plus space for the database (size depends on how busy your web sites are).

If you want to host your own visitor chat you will need:

IIS 5 or higher installed and running.
.NET Framework 2 or higher.
The PC will need a permanent Internet connection.
Static Internet IP address or connected to a router with a public IP or DNS name (or use a service like www.noip.com if you have a dynamic IP).

Does not need to be installed on your web server, but can be if the web server is Windows based.
